    • Blog: Study Questions for Mr W

Welcome to Freshman Global Studies!!

This website is intended to support students in their year of Global Studies. The website should prove to be a valuable resource for students, parents, and teacher alike. I will update this site on a regular basis with work assignments, study guides, resources, revision material, learning target information, assessment guidelines, and updates on what work is being covered.

The aim of this year is to tell a great story(which is what history should be) mixed with some hard work resulting in some pleasing results!

Map Questions

Comparing the three maps make some generalizations about where people live in America.

What region seems to have the highest population and why?

What region seems to have the lowest population and why?

Why would they live in those places?

Compare the population map to the physical features map or one from the book. Look at some of the major physical features and make comparisons to where people live.
